Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

OutboundLeadPro is operated by [Company legal name and address] (“OutboundLeadPro”, “we”, “us”). These terms are a contract between us and the business or person who creates an account (“you”). If you accept them for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. What the service does

OutboundLeadPro is a browser-based tool for business-to-business outreach. It lets you find publicly listed business contacts, verify email addresses, connect your own mailboxes, warm them up, send email sequences and other steps, manage replies in a unified inbox with AI assistance, manage deals in a CRM, and check and fix the DNS records of your sending domains.

You send from mailboxes and domains that you own or control. OutboundLeadPro does not send email in its own name on your behalf.

3. Your account

4. Sending lawfully — your responsibilities

You are the sender. You decide whom you contact and what you write, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach.

Depending on where you and your recipients are, these include for example the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, the EU ePrivacy Directive and national laws implementing it (such as Germany’s UWG § 7 or the UK PECR), Canada’s CASL, and similar laws elsewhere. In particular you agree that you will:

OutboundLeadPro provides tools and guidance, not legal advice. If you are unsure, ask a lawyer in your country.

5. What you may not do

6. Sending health, suspension and limits

To protect recipients, mailbox providers and other customers, we monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, blacklist listings and opt-out handling. We may pause a mailbox, a campaign or all sending on your account, without prior notice, when:

We will tell you what happened and, where possible, how to fix it. For serious or repeated breaches we may close the account. Plan limits (emails, lead results, verifications, workspaces, seats) are shown on the pricing page and in your account.

7. Lead data and email addresses

Lead Finder collects information that businesses publish about themselves (for example on their website, in Google Maps, OpenStreetMap or business directories). We only show an email address when the business publishes it or its mail server confirms it — we do not invent or pattern-guess addresses. Data from sources you connect (for example your own Hunter or Apollo keys) is governed by your agreement with that provider.

You are responsible for checking that your use of any contact is lawful. Verification results are estimates; a “valid” result does not guarantee delivery.

8. AI features

AI features draft emails and replies, label replies and suggest actions. AI output can be wrong. You choose whether AI drafts are sent automatically or after your approval, and you remain responsible for messages sent from your account. Depending on the configuration of your workspace, text you send to AI features is processed by the AI providers listed in our privacy policy.

9. Your content

You keep all rights to your content — your leads, templates, emails, replies and CRM data. You give us the permission we need to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you. We do not use your prospects’ data to build a shared database for other customers.

10. Data protection roles

For personal data about your prospects and contacts, you are the controller and OutboundLeadPro is your processor. We process that data only on your instructions as described in our privacy policy, keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate security measures, use only the subprocessors listed there, help you answer data-subject requests, and delete it when you close your account. These terms, together with the privacy policy, form our data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; if you need a signed copy, contact us through the app.

11. Trial, payment and cancellation

12. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep OutboundLeadPro available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Mailbox providers, DNS hosts and AI providers are outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if we remove a core feature you pay for, you may cancel and get a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health). Otherwise, our total liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the deliverability or response rates of your campaigns. You will indemnify us against claims by third parties that arise from messages you send or data you upload in breach of these terms or the law.

14. Ending the contract

You can close your account at any time. We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After closing, you can export your data for 30 days; then we delete it, except where we must keep records by law (for example invoices).

15. General

We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. The law of [country of the company seat] applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local protections. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force.
